Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Egor Reshetov (“we”, “us”) handles information in the SubTracker mobile application for iOS (technical bundle identifier ru.reshetove.SubManager).

• Your subscription records, settings, and reminders are stored on your device.
• SubTracker does not create user accounts and does not sync your subscription list to our servers as its primary data model.
• The app may make optional network requests to our API for exchange rates and a service catalog.
• We do not use third-party advertising, tracking, or analytics SDKs.

SubTracker stores the following locally on your iPhone (for example via Apple’s on-device storage APIs such as UserDefaults and local files):

• Subscription names, amounts, currencies, schedules, categories, status, and related notes you enter
• App settings (appearance, language preferences, home country, reminder defaults, onboarding completion)
• Local reminder / notification scheduling data
• Optional custom artwork you attach to a subscription (kept on device)

This on-device information is processed to provide the app’s features. Data that remains only on your device is not “collected” by us in the App Store sense unless it is sent off the device.

When your device has network access, SubTracker may contact https://api.reshetove.ru to:

• Fetch or refresh currency exchange rates used for approximate conversion in analytics
• Fetch a service catalog used for suggested subscription names

These requests are for app functionality. Standard technical data necessary to complete an HTTPS request (such as IP address, device/user-agent metadata, and timestamps) may be processed by the server infrastructure and hosting providers as part of operating the API. Your subscription list is not uploaded as the primary purpose of these APIs.

The app works for core local tracking without requiring you to create an account. Some features that depend on rates or catalog data may be limited offline.

If you enable reminders, SubTracker schedules local notifications on your device. Notification permission is requested by iOS. We do not send push notifications from our servers for this purpose.

If you choose a photo for a subscription, the app uses the system photo picker. Selected imagery is stored with the app on your device for display. We do not operate a photo-sharing cloud for SubTracker.

SubTracker does not include third-party advertising networks, does not use the App Tracking Transparency framework to track you across other companies’ apps or websites, and does not embed third-party analytics SDKs.

SubTracker is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). Do not use the app to store information about children if applicable law does not allow it.

On-device data remains until you delete it in the app or remove the app from your device. Uninstalling SubTracker deletes the app’s local data according to iOS behavior.

Server logs for API access, if retained by hosting infrastructure, are kept only as needed for security, reliability, and abuse prevention, then discarded or rotated under normal operations.

• Deny or later revoke notification permission in iOS Settings
• Use the app offline for local records (rates/catalog features may be unavailable)
• Delete individual subscriptions or uninstall the app to remove local data
• Contact us to ask questions about this policy

API infrastructure may be located outside your country. If you use features that contact the API, technical request data may be processed in the regions where that infrastructure operates.

We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy. Material changes may also be noted in the app or App Store listing when appropriate.
